Can people lose weight from home without buying anything? Buying anything means not paying for things like pills, tablets, gym machines etc. All these might not be necessary because as you read on, we will be discussing simple ways to lose weight from home.

Weight Gain is mostly cause by excess consumption of fatty foods, junks and lack of exercise but losing the acquired weight might not be so easy to lose and i can tell you that it can be done at home with ease.

Maybe you really do not know how to go about losing weight and doing it from home or you just don't like to go out exercising and other stuff but as you read on, you will learn more ways to do this from home and lose weight without buying anything as well.

Various Ways to lose weight from home without paying anyone or buying anything includes;

1. Cardio Exercise: This is one of the best way to lose weight and the good thing about this is that it can be done from home. Cardio Exercise can be done in your compound or sitting room. Just need to do cardio exercises like stairs walking, running, skipping, jogging, press up etc.

 All these weight loss program can be done at home and you may not necessarily buy anything to achieve your weight loss.

2. Skipping: Skipping is a kind of weight loss program that be done at home even in the sitting room or compound.  To lose weight at home, just need to get a skipping rope which is very cheap, get a timer and start your weight loss program at home.

3. Diet: The food you eat in your house determines your weight gain and your ability to resist food items with high animal fat (cholesterol), fatty foods, fried foods and excessive consumption of sugars is a bad eating habit. 


You need to eat more fruits, vegetables, fibers, balance diet, water, vitamins etc which are required for weight loss and could only take place at home but if you buy food in fast foods, then you might not be able to get  this done speedily from home.
4. Sit Up: sit ups is a good exercise for losing weight especially if you need a fast result from home. Its requires on your bed and you choose either in the morning or night when you want to sleep. You will discover the fat around your waist region will vanish with time and you shed some weight.

5. Reducing Sugars : In addition to diet, another weight loss tips that works well from home is reduction of sugars. The end product of sugar is glycogen which is stored as fat. Start by reducing your sugar contents, soft drinks, sugary drinks etc.
